By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant labpapoint.mobi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. labpapoint.mobi is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion and without notice.

7. Payment Terms

You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. labpapoint.mobi may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
